Noor University is an official Apply Agency of foreign students for programs of University of Islamic Culture and Education affiliated to Imam Khomeini
Education and research Institute. ICTVU was established in 2006 for the purpose of producing and publishing lessons and textbooks on Islamic teachings focused on the fundamental Islamic doctrines. The center admits students for master’s and bachelor’s degrees, and offers free courses. The main goals of the center are as follows: – Replies to skepticisms about Islamic doctrines – Enhancing the awareness of Muslims around the world about religious doctrines – Collaboration with religious centers for the promotion of Islamic doctrines – Development of the fields of humanities with an Islamic Approach.
